Oh well that makes sense then. Too bad they can't do what Windrock does, alcohol at camp but not on trails. AOP on the other hand doesn't really care, it is nice to have a beer after a tough trail tho

We thought the same thing at Windrock and my buddy actually got a warning. If he gets another warning about alcohol he'd be banned. I was reading the rules and it seems similar to that so I'd rather not risk it

Quick question for everyone. I need to get a new CAT but I was wondering if it would be better/cheaper to get a new exhaust system?

 

Sounds like an excuse to get headers to me...

 

I got a new cat from rock auto for my 4cyl last year to pass emissions and it worked great.

 

What's wrong with your current cat? Clogged or gutted? Just need to pass emissions?

 

Do yall have to pass a smog test and all that stuff in GA? When I lived in Cali, you had to get a smog check once a year.

 

I need to pass emissions but I’m getting code P0420 and I checked both downstream sensors and they are working fine and even filed up with non ethanol gas and I think it’s my cat because I did get bad gas in Texas as I was driving thru....

Well if it's not clogged the it's probably flowing better than stock just not filtering like it should so not as good for the environment. If you want to just get rid of the code and pass emissions, just use a spacer made from 2 spark plug foulers to space the sensor out further and it will pass and turn the code off.
