A couple of days. Still wrapped up with the cold water machine on on it.

 

And why Zesty Bread An Butter pickles are not on the list is beyond me !

Exercising? No Hurry up , here is your first Tundra. Exercise on that.
Meeting? No ,,,,,if we have one it’s always how bad we are.
Never a thank you.
No lift , working on the ground No ( yes saw lifts but I use it for everything)
Somebody workin on the same car with you at the same time. Fuck No.
Lunch? 50% of the time.
Nap? Must be on crack.
Cleaning? No don’t get paid to clean. Actually don’t get paid to work sometimes also.
I’m a morning person.
My late night kills me.
With that pace they seem to be working We would have a meeting for that.
I wonder how they get paid? Hourly? Flat rate with bennies? Or (ugh) team..
The only thing I like s I don’t see customers hanging around and being dicks.
But I could be wrong.
So

After today, I'm on Vacation till 12/16.
A whole month to get into some sort of trouble.

Just finished a long phone call with Sandy's ex employer. .

They were given an ultimatum from their customer....General Dynamics....."Get Sandy back or find new customer....". So. Her former boss wanted to know why she left and what it would take to get her back (not happening)

In Sandy's words... "Blame ALL the problems on your HR director"....

Sandy was the only quality control.inspector they had that consistantly met D O D standards. Now General Dynamics will be voiding their contract. One self centered HR person will cost them (literally) millions.

She's been at new job 4 weeks. Her boss flew in from California yesterday to meet Sandy and offer her a new, expanded position. (ie MORE MONEY) They LOVE her!
