...^^^... Yep ... commission of a felony (especially with a weapon) and somebody gets killed, the rest can get charged with murder ... and the second kid died today .... the victim is not going to be charged.

This is very close to me and I was surprised how happy many of the people were to see these punks shot during the attempted robbery.

Many people are fed-up with all the small 10 cent robberies where innocent people are getting shot and innocent people getting killed get killed.

And this is not in the "hood" but in a nice area too.

These young punks (13-18 yo) are killing many toddlers and very small children in these crazy shoot-outs too.

The cops in the northern affluent burbs have many plate readers EVERYWHERE and they have adopted a bust ass fast attitude.

...^^^... I live in Sandy Springs , close to Dekalb, Gwinnett, Fulton corner and it safe here in SS, but across in Gwinnett, it gets tough.

All of the small northern burb cities have VERY strict police depts ... very strict with LOTS OF PLATE READERS ... i.e. Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, John's Creek and etc. --- they are tough in these areas.

Legally no. It's too easy for the parents to pin it 100% on the daycare, saying that they had good faith that the daycare would maintain the proper ratio of staff to children. That the daycare has a false wall to hide excess children shows that they knowingly violated this law, and that they intentionally concealed this violation from both enforcement and customers.

Common-sensically is a different story. Parents are dumbasses if they don't thoroughly vet a daycare, especially a cheap daycare.

I would guess 50% of parents aren't raising their kids anyways. It's the daycare, the nannies and grand parents that do it most of the time. For some, kids get in the way of personal goals and ambitions.

One huge thing I’m grateful for is that when the Misso went back to work after maternity leave I was working from home so the boy never had to go to a day care. Crap like that is a nightmare to me.

At age 3 anything can be fun. A gorilla pit looks fun. That's why there is the need for responsible adult supervision.

That could very easily happen here in the poorer parts of town because everyone of working age in some of these households has two jobs just to be able to afford to live. Cheap child care, even in conditions like this, is preferable to homelessness.

    Hyperbole aside....

The WTF here is the fact that 29 (?) sets of parents routinely dropped their kids off at a daycare operated in that small residential home and none of the dipshits thought "hey something seems odd". Time to re up their SA training.

Many parents are so because they weren’t very bright to begin with.
