@OVTune will we still be able to have KO4s bottom mounted if we want to?

God I hope turbo mounting location doesn’t become like the shift points discussions...
    Top
    Bottom
    Bigger
    Smaller
    One up one down
    Both on the right
    No the other right
    Above the hood
    In the grill
    In the fog light holes
    27 degrees off center
The list goes on...and on... and on...

Couldn't care less about top vs bottom, all I want is as much power as possible lol and for my dump tubes to fit with a Turbo setup, one of the reason I bought them was because they were part of the TT kit.

Yeah and then the “water forgers” will begin yapping again about bottom mounted turbos and they’ll express their fears of possibly damaging the turbo housing due to temperature stress.

I have a different view point since i like to do all my own maintenance. its nice to see the ability to replace/maintain it was considered by those designing it (if at all possible)

I almost bought dump tubes for this reason as well, figuring I would just be spreading out the TT kit cost. Obviously now I'm glad I didn't buy them since it seems like they won't be used.

That said, I can't imagine Mat offering different mounting options. Might want to just sell your dump tubes now.

part of the reason i havent installed my tubes yet is because i havent decided if I'll be committing and buying a TT kit or not yet lol #fencesitter

I'm pretty sure we're far from the only who did it, this need an answer now.

I'd asked a couple times but haven't gotten an answer so I'm going to assume that Mat's R&D with the return to top mount turbos hasn't advanced enough to confirm or deny fitment with the tubes. Being top mount though, I'm expecting they'll not work together :notsure:

The dump tubes will not work with the top mount setup. I remember posting that in here a few weeks ago

Will you offer the bottom mount setup then?

Or can they fit with the SC kit?

You can search the thread but he already mentioned they’ll fit with the S/C setups (any s/c for that matter, that is compatible with OEM style dump tubes).
