Leaving it on D and just slightly more foot throttle works just fine for me

 

I drive a 6 speed and I can tell you anything below 2 grand your torque curve takes a nosedive plus the annoying hunting an automatic does at lower revs.

 

Where is option C to purchase a manual transmission?

 

if you want your gear to make sense get the MT.

Either AT or MT, rev that engine to 6000 rpm, actually I hear 5252 is the magic number

S4 and ECT on is what I use most. If I have to go over 45 mph then I will bump up to S5 or 6.

 

I just put the hammer down or the pedal to the metal which ever works first
