    Seriously let your insurance sort it out. They deal with this stuff all the time.

    if you have any doubt about fault keep your mouth closed. People (particularly those with integrity) tend to take more blame then they actually have...

    unsafe lane changes always scares me especially on the freeway. I’m glad everyone is good. Definitely go get checked out, soreness comes a few days later.

    This might help get you some new help for your back. Once you get with the insurance companies, make sure you tell them you have some additional back pain.

    It was still an accident and can aggravate an already sore back. Nothing insurance fraud advised. As someone with a bad back as well, I completely understand this as some others might not.

    I hope not. Especially with the shit i been going thru. Had surgery 2 weeks ago and been hurting. So far no further pain

    We will see if things get worse. Im ok as of now.

    No fraud. I may or may not have additional pain...not my style to lie Bout shit. I dont think thats what he meant. Im hoping chick will be alright

    I dont think i said anything bad besides calling her a bitch. Lol...made me miss taking my son to a bday party. Not hurting as of yet. I know she will be. Im sure she will be more cautious now when doing a stupid lane change.. Grrr

    support inside is bent. fender bent. on light has broken tabs (retros too). my skid plate got bent too. Probably need a new TG bumper. light bar looks fucked. hood bent in that corner too. I haven't tested the winch yet, but that got pushed back
