Would the 1.25" spydertrax rub anywhere if I used them on my 2020 PRO with stock suspension? I like the PRO but want a wider stance but not interested in lifting the truck. The PRO wheels seem to sit out further than the OR or Sport wheels but I want another inch or so.

Spidertrax is the way to go. Quality of the aluminum is top notch.

But will they cause rubbing when used with the PRO wheel and stock PRO suspension?

No.. I have the off road model with the Icon adjustable coil overs in the front at 1" the pro wheels, and the 1.5" Spydertrax wheel spacers, they give a nice stance with no rub at all stock Wrangler tires..

Just be careful with tire selection to avoid any issues.

Can't really say for certain but I doubt they will rub since presumably you are keeping the stock tires.

Rubbing mostly occurs when turning the wheel all the way. Turn the wheel all the way and get a measuring tape and measure 1.25" and see where the tire would be.

Second this, haven't had any issues and I've had them on for almost 10k km, just make sure to check the torque every rotation.

I thought Spidertrax only made 1.25” wheel spacers. I didn’t know they were offering 1.5” now. Thanks.

How do the BORA spacers that are less than an inch work? I'm interested in getting the smallest spacer I can, just to clear my UCAs, but I can't picture in my head how a spacer shorter than the lugs works.

Cut studs OR narrow studless spacers with and without replacement extended stock studs.

I have a new set of 1" BORA on the way. I figure 1" or less is pretty darn safe if people run 1.25" with zero issues.

The 3/4” are the thinnest that still bolt on. The stock studs protrude slightly, but it’s not an issue as long as your wheels have voids:

Indeed. I figured 3/4" would have more poke through and need trimming.
