I hope everything goes well with the move. Moving and job changes are both stressful events let alone to occur at the same time.

I think “Derick” would be pretty badass looking in the write type of script. I’m thinking about getting one myself.

Shit. Last week I had to spend 2 days on the road. Got a couple workouts in. Then flew back home with the wife and only had 1 vehicle since I left 1 in VA and we literally ate with family or friends of her every single day for a week and we only had that 1 vehicle so I could never goto the gym. It threw me hella off track and now 2 weeks later and I’m about to hit the road again so it’s whatever lol. Life has just happened and it’s part of it.

    You still enjoying keto?

Hey life happens and exercise becomes harder. Like I said I took two months off last year because I moved twice, bought my first home, renovated my first home before moving in, changed jobs, completed my masters thesis and got myself an intestinal condition all in like 3 months
Life fucking happens. Nothing to feel bad about.

I’m loving keto right now. I really do have incredible energy. My thyroid numbers have improved slightly. Hopefully next time they improve more. IF is probably the reason for that though not keto.
I really feel great which hasn’t been the case in the last year.
My gut hasn’t felt this good in awhile. I’ve had bizarre stuff going on since 2014 thats not been totally figured out. Keto I think is making me realize what may be the cause of that (gluten).
Words really cannot describe how incredible it feels to feel I did before I started having medical issues.

    You’re not. Same here.

I am not at all opposed to tattoos, but I’m want to make 100% sure I know what I want first. Right now, I have several ideas but nothing I’m sure enough of to ink in my skin. Haha.

BTW I went to a challenge gym today.

Yeah those places are humbling. Big time.

This place was geared towards kids not adults.

It had a second story obstacle course that freaked me out. I made it about 25% of the way through before I bailed. It was definitely a submersion therapy session for my anxiety disorder.

I did run up a 12’ warped wall though without eating shit.

    It was fun.
I was more afraid of trying things than I thought. There are climbing walls you go up and then fall backwards off of or jump off two story platforms with a harness on.

I needed alcohol by the time I was done though lol

Thing is.... You have no delivery! Want to talk smack... Work on transitions... I imagine you leave gaps in your bead welds...

    "Welding bead?"

I was the same way. Spent my 20s thinking of tattoo ideas and was never really 100% on something. I realize at that rate I’d never get a tat. Finally at 30 I was like fukkit I got a tattoo of something I’ve always kinda wanted and thought was cool and I’m happy I did it. I get more next weekend :bananadance:

Can weak wrists have the same symptoms of carpal tunnel? My sister has always had weak joints and she cannot do pushups because of wrist strength issues, she has to be careful with tricep extension, overhead press, and chest press machines to ensure her wrists stay in line with her arms.

She wants to be able to perform push-ups pain-free and shes not positive where to start.
