I like to have a story or reason behind my tattoos. I’ve already covered one up and laser’d off another. Got another I want to cover up too and then finish off my bicep sleeve. They are addicting

Weak wrists is not a legitimate medical Dx. My recommendation would be to see a PT, find out what the issue is, then find a corrective action plan.

Power stands are great for push ups. I use them to reduce torque on my wrists. I have cubital tunnel in my forearms (carpel tunnel in wrists and forarms). I do forearms and wrist stretches and have to watch my tricep exercise form because of it.
All those movements you mentioned used to bother me. Now I’m fine. I rarely have flare ups.

But she needs to find out what the real issue is and work to fix it.

Better to wait for that reason versus wish you didn't get something

Can't go wrong with zodiac, though I'm not into astrology.

I was 41 when I finally got one. Wanted to all my life. A stylized version of my glyph, because I knew it would be quick..and an old girlfriend gave me the necklace long ago. Sat 2 hours plus not 2 weeks later.

So far mine are the glyph, 2 tats of a band/singer I've been a lifelong fan of, and my latest..Star Wars, covering my right forearm. Still need a couple more hours to finish that one.

CM Punk haha..when asked why he had the Pepsi logo

Lol yea if anything “welding beads” is better than the original. Could just say welds or beads. Both would work.

I went further down to southern Missouri off road ranch this past weekend. Flat nasty I hit last year. Both parks are a blast.

Hey man off topic but how were the other weights in your powerlifting comp class? Do you think you have to get on juice to compete? Are you wanting to get to 1st(I mean of course everyone wants to win but I mean are you completely dedicated or is just kinda for fun?) you were in the 180 class right?

If you want to “win” you just gotta choose the right meet. I competed at 181 both meets and my first meet I took 1st place but it was just me and one other dude going at it and my 2nd meet I took 3rd and it was only 4 of us and the one guy who should’ve won bombed out on his first squat attempt. I didn’t compete to “win” I did it to give myself a end goal to shoot for in training. An added challenge to push myself instead of just following a random program for a few weeks.

The guys that dominate the powerlifting sport 100% juice. A guy from my gym that just finished 3rd at nationals last month is also 181 (or 183, whatever the kilo is) but I’d never go head to head with him because his numbers are ridiculous, as is the case with most guys that compete on the national level. If I knew he was competing in a meet I was interested in I’d either pick a different one or go in knowing he already had it locked up. Look him up on insta.. @pancakegawd

I competed in the 83kilo/182.5lb class. There were some strong dudes there. USAPL is a tested federation. They piss tested everyone who placed immediately after the comp, so I guess nobody was currently using at least.

for me it just funsies. I loved having something to train for and a chance to go see what I had built. So, yea, I took it seriously, but just for me if that makes sense.
