I'm learning a lot from this one. I'll build another in a year or 2 to replace this one. It'll be a lot cleaner and not look so disjointed (at least to me).

I paid $549 for that one. Normally $699 but they'd marked it down for some manager's special sale and never marked it back up. I just happen to stumble on it and the manager honored the sale price. I guess that sale was long overwith and nobody caught it.

Does your congregation clap after the choir sings a hymn? Our congregation does not and I always thought that was strange.

You've got this Jim! Turn this nervous energy around into upping your game and skills! Sometimes people get compliant with their employment and stagnate. You have a new start! Good luck!

Is this good for ground? Was only able to get it 6’ down into rock and cut it off and ran the rest next to it.

Couple suggestions. If attachment screw is self drilling, replace with a bolt and nut with lockwasher, scuffing paint up underneath terminal. Appears conductor is #6CU which is correct. Run a bare #6CU from second ground rod to your panel. If service is a subfeed from an existing panel, should be four wire circuit separating your ground and neutral, land your ground rod conductor on ground bar of course. If you have a metal water pipe, it needs bonded within six foot of entering structure with a bare #4CU run back to the panel.

@Kolunatic Take a flat file and file off cut marks on the top of rods so inspector can't see they have been cut! LOL

Box ground is coming down on right, from meter pole where it’s grounded now on rod and pole plate. Self tap screw is into metal frame but yea I didn’t scuff the paint thanks
