I'm not sure that was unsolicited. He referred you to the timeline that was given earlier in the thread. I also believe that Lee provided his number, and if you are looking for an updated timeline for your order, you might want to DM him or give him a call and ask. I get that many of us are wanting our new bumpers to show up and ideally today or tomorrow would be perfect from our point of view. However, with group buys you get the savings, but from a manufacturing standpoint it is a huge influx of new work to do and it's gonna take some time. The good news is that it'll be worth the wait.

 

Called two separate days and left a message for a call back. No response. I've received 2 refunds so far but I believe the numbers are still off and I'm still owed a significant amount. Can you please PM me or give me a call back to get this figured out? Or are the refunds still being worked out?

Hi, we've searched our transcription service for the voicemails and dont see anything under your phone number, order number, or name on your order. The office manager did mention that the rest of your refund was initiated today. After you spoke last and decided against the fog lights, she simply got sidetracked and forgot to issue your refund. We do apologize for that. You should see the remainder returned back to the method of payment within a few days.

 

Wait what... Only change I made was bull bar to no bull bar. Fogs never got brought up till you just mentioned it. I do want them. Especially with 25% off entire order. I had talked with Morgan and she sent me email with the bull bar change that same day. No issue with the order, I was just was expecting more on the discount refund. Not upset, just would like to get it straightened out before it's forgotten about.

Or not... Just now got an email a crazy amount refunded. Guess no fogs for me

Metal has been ordered for most, some of the earlier orders metal has been received. No order has physically been welded yet.

My bad man, the past week or so has been crazy. I personally had to work on my FJ to make it in time for an event SSO sponsored. We went rock crawling over the weekend then I came back to a dental emergency early in the week. I apologize for not answering yesterday as I was heavily sedated. I hope we cleared the issue and if not feel free to call me.

Following the thread for the next group buy. My wallet could afford the the wait for the potential 25% and free shipping.

 

Winch arrived yesterday. Also got notice from Southern Style that the bumper is being prepped for shipping.

Got to clean up the garage today for the fun project.

 

I bought the same winch for mine! No recent updates on my bumper though so I probably have a while to wait still. Which is fine because now I've gone down the rabbit hole of upgrades. I'm going to need a new battery, and maybe new shocks and springs, and the lights for the bumper, and then figure out how to wire all of the switches.

 

What was your order #? Just curious as I feel like I forgot to draw a smiley face on the box.
