you can run cycles during the off season and piss clean on game day...

    for numbers:

The guy I mentioned from my gym, JamaRR (pancakegawd) competes in the 83kg (182.5lb) class and his national numbers were 672.4 squat, 396.8 bench and 661.3 deadlift. That’s a 1730lb total and he made weight at 181.8. AND HE ONLY TOOK THIRD PLACE

I ‘won’ my meet at 181 with a 429 squat, 314 bench, and 462 deadlift for a 1205 total

Holy shit. Back to the drawing board. I’m hella close to a 300lb bench with zero structured training/coaching and could probably get a 430 deadlift. So I was thinking about what kinda training I’m gonna get on after I move and powerlifting sounded fun but i guess still
    Too weak lol

You definitely got it. You’re Basically Thor At this point.
You could probably at least win a competition of all the folks in this thread.

Yup, if it ain't fun why bother. I still ride freestyle even though I was never great at it, and I'm damn sure not gonna get back to where I was in my younger years. But still a fun time.

I love watching the SFA rigs work for sure. Completely different from my little skateboard flex. Haha

I also love seeing the look on their faces when I put my unassuming little pile in some places it doesn’t belong. Trail sleeper. Belly height and approach angle are what gets me when running with the big boys.

I’d love to wheel with you sometime!

Although I am one of the older folks in here.. at 16.5 years old I started pumping iron at an awesome old school hardcore private gym. One of the things that I enjoyed was a cheap notebook everyone was supposed to sign in when they arrived. As members faded in and out it'd be fun to flip through and see my signature 6-7 days a week.. 25 years later thankfully through minor to moderate injuries, marriage, and 2 kids later I've never taken off more than a week.. so hearing young people saying they take or have taken weeks or months off... Shows where priorities are!! Look at @zacharypaul89 he obviously couldn't hang? Unless there's another story we don't know... My old man advice is the old cliche.. it's a marathon not a race. We'll see who's doing what in 5 years.. I'll be in a white tank top pumping iron!!

That's just it, make time for it. Not always easy. I'm off the weights now but not by my choice. And it ain't too late, I didn't until I turned 40.

Let's just say I ain't as good as I once was..plus this time of year in MA the bikes are rarely if ever in use.

In my younger years..I could do every one of these tricks, no lie. Some of them as shown in the vid are trick photography to be honest, but more because of the way the bike is set up. Age and injuries caught up with me even as a teenager though

Same here. As you can tell I'm a bike nerd..wish I still had a couple of my old ones, things go for stupid money nowadays. The bike I posted was a restoration project I saved on Craigslist.
