Vibration in 4th gear

I have a vibration in 4th gear at about. 51-53 mph only when am off the gas?? Any ideas 2017 2.7 5 speed

What type of vibration? Did it just start?

 

A vibration only when you decel in 4th ( DIRECT DRIVE ) ? Whats your mileage ? Still on warranty ? FirST thing that comes to mind is a bad universal joint or a bad tire . When was your last tire rotation ? they are suppose to be rotated every 5k ?

 

28k mileage yes it is still on warranty tire we’re just rotated before they were rotated my steering wheel was shakeing a little

 

Did you tell them that before the work was done ?

 

I have been doing the rotations my self. I took the truck in for another problem I was having and all they do is say it is normal. Say your driving 60 in 4th gear and you left off the gas completely that is when it starts to vibrate and shudder and stops when your below 40 or in 5th gear or any other gear other than 4th.

 

Could be a lot of things, moving that tire back up front is the cheapest and easiest thing, I'd start there. I'd get them balanced too, if you have such low miles with a vibe.
Sorry we're not more help, but vibrations, noises, and the such are nearly impossible for us internet wanna be wrench benders to diagnose.
