this is what i was recommended by an '18 Tacoma person to remove all the FF i sprayed on so i can continue the mod when weather is appropriate

"Use a scotch brite pad, sand paper or wire brush or prep like you would any other metal surface before painting. The stuff is just a film it's not like it etches."

I had good luck with a pressure washer and heavy degreaser. However you will likely not be able to get it out of inside the frame.

That little yard tractor is the berries to lift a bed! I just ran tie-downs to the bed anchor points and (my son on the tractor) lifted it right up.

I have heard the opposite on the POR15 - so I will be cautiously optimistic with my results - This '01 frame has 265K and some rust from the mid-west winters and gravel roads, I'm not expecting miracles but, expect a few more good years of use out of it.

Are you talking about that video where the guy puts it on new, not rusty metal, with none of the required prep work first and then puts it out in the sun?

Prepping the metal as per the directions is very important.
It sticks to rusty metal much better than new, and it doesn't like UV light.
If you use in on rusty metal, do the recommend prep steps, and top coat it to keep UV light off, it works pretty good.
