2010 Powder Puff Race - 10/9/2010

A great race for a great cause...

All girls racing...

 

Maybe for me.

 

Going to stand at least 500+ feet away from the track during that race.

 

maybe even more....

a couple years ago, we were at Barstow Main about 250 feet away from the course... a 12 class buggy was testing, and the girls in that buggy lost control, jumped off the course and came drifting into our camp... they missed us by about 5 yards and that was with us running away at the same time...

but a great race to watch though when you know it's a bunch of girls goin at it...

 

damn, i'm going to the off road expo this day, plus i wont have my truck...

 

I might be there. If I do end up going. I'll be chasing for the 567 orange bug.

 

make a weekend of it.... race on saturday and expo on sunday...

we have a driver in training... not 100% sure yet, but we are working towards getting to that goal...

we are also releasing the race film at Off Road Expo so we will be doing double duty that weekend....

i might.... depends if my pink tankini with your name on it comes in time...

not sure when the container from vietnam will clear customs...

 

proud to say that Engage Off Road will have their class15 truck racing with 5 great girls....we will be testing with them for the last time the weekend of October 2nd & 3rd up in barstow then prep the truck and get ready for the race, their are new rules and regulation for MORE, so please be a good spectator and read the new rules and regulations before you go spectate, also new rules and regulations for the teams so if you are participating in a team make sure you read and understand them so we can all have a safe and fun race!...Hassim...EngageOffRoad...909-238-6788

Never been to a race before.. hows it work? we meet up with you? or are we on our own?
I would love to go but ill be lost ha...Ill prolly end up entering my stock taco in the race ha!

 

we will most likely all meet up and set up camp together

do you have a vag?

 

if there is a spectating group heading out, you can meet up with them and roll out together, find a spot to watch from, and enjoy the race...

when the Engage team is out there racing, it's best to stay out of the Engage camp during the race as it gets distracting to have anybody else other than then shop trucks rolling in and out...

MM4 at the road crossing and miles 12 to 15 should be some good spots to watch...

i should be out there on Saturday at 4am, so if anybody needs help being lead to some good spots, let me know and i can take you out there early in the morning...

once it hits 6am, i won't be avail...

get your asses out there and show some support, watch some girls race, and take your pretty lil trucks out for some real dirt!!!

 

Mike- You should have titled this "Official Meet in Barstow parking lot" then you would have more participants.

 

well, the outlets ARE right next door to the race course, so it's close enough, right?
