DRL mirror switchback and taillights out

Hey y'all, had the blacked out mirror signals with the DRL switchback installed for about a week now, no issues. Got back today from camping and saw that not only those are out (but signals still work) but my taillights are out as well... Checked fuses and everything looks good, not sure if these can somehow be related? But my DRL's still work fine, just not the mirrors, and I'm lost on this one.

Caribe, thanks man, yes I pulled all fuses and replaced with new ones, no luck.

 

Maybe it "blew" again...something outside got caught in the rear bumper towing harness while on the trail...?

 

That's actually possible, I did catch a branch at one point that kicked itself out right as I was about to slow down and remove it... Not sure how that would effect both of the mirror lights tho, those are each wired seperately and spliced onto the respective DRL's

 

You probe the top of the fuse with a test light should have power on both sides when the tails are on.

 

Alright guys, probed the fuse, no light... Crawled under truck n there was a branch wedged in under tailgate... Unclipped and reconnected all harnesses, replaced fuse with a 10 and they're working! Anybody happen to know why the taillights fuse would effect my mirror DRL lights tho? That dosent make sense to me

 

Without knowing what circuit you tapped into for the mirror DRL's it's a guess...
When are the mirror DRL's ON? As soon as you fire up to truck? or when you select parking/tail lights on the stalk?

They come on with the 2nd click DRL... Which allows the foglights to be active and dims the brightness of the main screen, and when the full headlights are on... So if the stalk has 3 clicks total, they only come on with clicks two and three... Which is making sense to me now that I'm writing this, because the tailights come on in those functions too... Just not sure why they wouldnt be seperated fuse wise

 

SO the DRL's in the mirrors are actually parking/tail lights and when TURN is selected they change color and blink...
