Have not created these yet via 3D printer color-matched to factory plastic wanted to know what you guys thought (would you run 8 switches like this) driver seat moved all the way forward and passenger seat moved all the way back.

@JustEd, oh yeah buddy! I've got so many things to wire up. I don't have any blanks left of the steering wheel and my cubby under the HVAC controls is full. I really don't want to run wire up to the overhead sunglass area. I was about to start cutting up my center console and add about five switches near the lone cupholder.

What kind of switches were you thinking of using? I'd be impressed if you had enough space to get four on each side.

So I ordered a sweet new steering wheel emblem. All the directions pointed to removing the airbag. That was further than I was willing to go just for a small cosmetic mod. Just the thought of putting the folded bag back in wrong was enough to avoid that option. So I unplugged the battery and waited a bit. I finally decided to just try and pry the emblem out. I taped off the area to avoid damaging the airbag cover. I wasn't too worried about damaging the OEM emblem because I despise chrome more than cauliflower and I really hate cauliflower. Surprisingly it came out really easy, it has about six small tags and three large tags that embed it to the airbag cover. The small ones came out but the large ones had to be cut. Once I had it out I cleaned up the area, I readied the new emblem which came with new small tags that insert perfectly. I used E6000 adhesive and slapped that guy on there and pressed it with some gorilla tape for a couple of hours. Airbag mess avoided and looks really clean.

*The down side: I feel I have created a semi painfull projectile if the airbag ever deploys.

beat me to it. I didn’t do the tensioner pulley, but the other three were very rusty. Over 90k on them, unless dad changed them out (only place that did his maintenance was the dealership). Sounded like I had a supercharger under the hood.

Next on the maintenance list is spark plugs. I want to go with iridiums. What ones are the ones to buy?
