    So you’ve always skipped leg day. Color me shocked.

    CNS was fried. It happens. Deads have been my hardest lift to actually add weight to. I was stuck at 455 for the longest time. Finally hit 465 toward the end Of last year.

    Leg Day Today. Maybe I can squeeze in some OHP’s, Delt Exercises, & Shoulder Shrugs
    45mins isn’t ideal for workout time imo but, you take what you can get!

    Do you give yourself much rest time between sets or just keep moving for the most part?

    Hahahah true that. Just have seen studies showing you actually get a better workout if you rest but it just doesn’t seem like much time lol

    Usually after 2 sets of an exercise, I’ll take a 30 seconds to a min to rest before continuing on. If I’m lifting heavier, I’ll allow myself more time in between sets. I have to lift weights on my lunch breaks and weekends when I can. I’m really trying to change my body and am giving it the best I can. I’ll get there or close....just have to stay the course and learn as much as I can to make sure I’m doing the right exercises with proper form etc.

    Was able to slam out a quick 5 miler before I headed off to my side hustle.

    Not feeling great. Good thing tomorrow is leg day.

    If deadlifting wasn’t bad for you I’d be doing it today. Deficits for 3x3 at 365. Everything feels way heavier than it should.
