(Not mine in picture) but I had one exactly like this. Loved this little truck, lasted for 305000miles before the trans gave out

Then this was my wheels in college...
    IMAG0323.jpg
$3000 and got six years out of it before the wire gremlins got to her. Thing drove like a tank and got me where I need to go and beat the hell out of it up the mountain.

Then RavA. First new car purchase ever. Awesome little cross over. Got me too and from work in some blizzard conditions (I'm essential personell at work)

Then my current. Tammy taco. 20191019_160703.jpg

The Tacoma is my first truck. But first car was a 96 Saab 900s 2.3l NA. Threw a rod going down the highway slapped another motor in then got rid of it. Then I had a 99 Saab 9-3 5spd 2.0T that thing ripped. Swapped to a bigger turbo, tune, 6 puck clutch. Had dynoed it at 265hp and 295ftlb. It was fun. I got the truck and planned on putting a holset hx35 turbo in the car and push for 500hp. But my sister's ex needed a car so I let him borrow it for a few weeks then he totaled it. Now I have the tacoma and the 88 sr5 4runner and my 16 wr250r. Speaking of bikes before the wr I had a 01 Suzuki sv650 that thing was a blast too.

I think it weighed like 40lbs haha.

Then my old firstgenbestgen I had for 10 years, now a cheatin diesel since my commute is 120 miles

I almost got a 2dr Explorer in ‘03. It had every option on it and looked sweet. While walking in to sign the paperwork to drive it home I decided I wanted another Ranger. The salesman was not happy. I loved my other Ranger and was worried 2-3 months later I’d be unhappy in a SUV.

When I was shopping I was looking at used rangers and S10's and a few tacomas but they were all out of my price range for me being a broke college student, but you couldn't have gone wrong with either one...the rangers and explorers were great vehicles. Still my favorite was the first one the nissian 2x4 PU. Loved that green machine. Wish I still had it lol

I’ve had a long list of vehicles but truck history is :

-01 Dodge Ram single cab 4.7. I loved that truck, drove it everywhere , never any issues, glasspacks and it sounded like a beast
    - 05 Silverado 2500 Duramax .. small lift , tires, exhaust ( then like a dummy traded it in )
-05 Ford F-350 crew cab long bed 6.0 power stroke. Leveling kit and tint. Good truck all around.
-14 tacoma dclb sr5. got rid of it in 7 months
-17 Tacoma dclb off-road - current and going to be long time vehicle. Got the configuration I wanted and color.

Interesting how many former Ford Ranger owners there are around here.
