Does the purchase of the handheld tablet tuner include access to your file repository?

 

Not currently, as the handheld uses different tune files. (Same tune but different file type). There will be a handheld option in flash manager before the end of the year which lets you download handheld versions of whichever tune.

 

I should have my Tactrix delivered today and will be putting in an order for license. Can't wait

Is anyone aware of the ECM types for the 2020 MTs? Are they simply carried over from 2019’s and are there any tunes available for 2020’s?

My truck is on order..just getting impatient!

 

All that I know is the AT is 04B80. Not much help there, but that was from a 2020 AT ECU dump to OVT.

 

Software is ordered...can't wait.

@FJ-Dan - how long did it take for the order to process and for it to be shipped?

 

I am following the instructions in the exact order they describe. "Open Toyota Flash Manager" Click on P5Flash Utility, then I plug the OB2 adapter into the truck and the USB plug into my laptop and turn the truck to "ON" not just to Accessory, When I click on "identify" the window just closes. I am not seeing anything in the interface drop down menu either.What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for you help.

 

Did you turn off anti virus before you installed everything?

I'm certainly rusty on all this and don't remember how to do it. but one more q: did you select your adapter at the top drop down in FM before identifying? iirc P5 Canbus or similar?

can't help you anymore, my ov laptop died and I'm doing it from memory. good luck. these guys around us have revived bricked ecus so you're in good hands.

Reinstall software and drivers.

 

also be sure to disable Real Time Protection in Win10. slightly hidden settings if you haven't.
