My ashtray has a bulb. Never seen it light up.

 

My bad... I wasn't accounting for overdrive... seeing as A340F doesn't have a 4th gear. So I was roughly calculating a final gear of 1.00... not guessing.

 

My AirGas is like a 5 minute drive, it's great but they're so damn overpriced. I bought some parts for my Miller 180 through them.

 

Next time I go. It's been a minute since I had time to go to the junkyard. Back in High School I'd be there every week.

 

You do know overdrive is a gear right? And that people use it on the highway at highway speeds. And that in 3rd gear, 1:1, it's 3367rpm? The a340 is a 4 speed trans haha, come on man

 

I use to work wed-sun for like 2 years. I didn’t like it because i kept missing family events and party’s because everyone does that on weekends

 

I remember when I got my tig welder in the mail. It was a friday, got home at 4:30 only to find out I had ordered the wrong style gas lens/cups. Fastest Id ever driven to airgas haha. Otherwise no welding that weekend.

My usual supply place is a smaller southeastern chain but their store is on the other side of town. My bottle is through them. Gonna suck if I run out on a Friday haha.

 

Cost me like $90 to refill my 55cf C25 tank. Totally ridiculous.

 

We have these cool transparent large cups at work. Ever used one of those?

I think I paid around $140 to rent the bottle, 1st fill up was free. Anytime after that its like $70 for 80cf of straight Argon. Gonna come up soon. Realised I have enough bed frame angle iron to make the frame for the can crusher.

 

My father is one of eight children, I have like 30 or 40 different cousins I've lost count.

 

I think the way AirGas works is if you don't have a bottle, you buy it from them. Which basically is you buy the cylinder that the gas is in. I did that the first time. Then Miguel gave me an extra full bottle of 55cf of Argon I couldn't use, so I exchanged it.

 

Everytime I look into buying pyrex cups, its at the end of my projects so I just say screw it haha. I actually need a smaller torch though. Maybe a 17 series or even smaller. My 26 series torch is a behemoth and wears the hand out fast. When I bought it I figured overkill would be best. Its not.

 

Oh this I can agree with. Days off during the week feel twice as rejuvenating. All errands can be done.... We're getting old, shit

 

That and it gets tiring yelling at kids to gtfo my lawn

You have a lawn? I thought that was illegal in California after the first drought

 

I honestly forgot if mine is a rental or if its bought now that I think about it. Most places prefer you rent big bottles and buy small ones or vice-versa. Idk, its been 2 years since I last had the missfortune of having to buy welding gas.
