yeah...because Georgia hasn't scored more than 27 points in 6 weeks...and the only times they've scored more than that were against Tennessee, Arkansas St, Murray State, and a whopping 30 on Vandy. I can see why you think they'd outscore an LSU team that has only scored less than 42 twice all season...

I’m just saying it wouldn’t surprise me after the complete lack of defense multiple weeks in a row, with one being to a 4-7 team.

The template is out there to beat LSU.. and it’s basically just play a little defense. Clemson or Ohio State are going to be major problems in the CFP for them. Don’t be shocked when OSU leapfrogs them next week.

 

I won't be, LSUs and OSUs resumes are going to be very similar it's just OSU is in the business of running scores up and never pulling starters so their eye test looks better. I don't care to be #1 until the end of the season.

 

They’re burying opponents, to include Wisconsin. Have a feeling PSU is about to get the business this weekend, too.

If the rankings shake out correctly, I think it’ll be OSU-Clemson in the championship.

Not as they stand now, they're #7 for a reason. I'm no Utah fan, but if they make a showing at the PAC-12 by beating Oregon, I think they're in. Bama is on a backup QB and won't have a conference championship to assist they're position. If either Oregon or Utah lose one more game, they're out.

Edit: Bama will be lucky to make a showing in the Iron Bowl.

Let's not forget we have seen this exact situation from Bama before. Starter gets hurt...backup QB playing in a big game...CFP on the line...

 

One loss is forgivable if they finish out.

 

USC is a top 25 team, it's not like they lost to S. Carolina...

LSU’s defense has become more of a liability than anyone thought and you absolutely can’t deny that. I expected a shootout with Alabama, but getting bashed by a 4-6 team in that fashion? Take the blockers off, everyone not in the state of Louisiana has. It doesn’t exactly appear it takes a juggernaut offense to roll up that defense.

Team is gonna ride and die with Burrow. If he has an average game, it’s gonna be a long night.
