Probably because you're accustomed to Midwestern food, which I think sucks. Has salt not made it up there yet?

I’ve wondered this too, it’s like they’re proud to serve pre-chewed food that you have to dump a bunch of sauce on. Once you get down to Louisiana and Texas it gets better.

When you move down here, I'm going to cook for you. I'll give you a whole new experience. You'll most likely develop a drawl after one bite of my green beans.

I love to cook. I'm going to have my own restaurant when I grow up.

Will do, it was a quick in and out trip to see what the areas all about as I progress through an interview process. We went to Johnny's farm house, and 44mills kitchen and talked and of course went and saw what bojangles was all about (not up here).

I will say bojangles has a better chicken sandwich than chik fil a, fight me....

Lupies Cafe, Monroe Road, just east of uptown, great chili and other things
McKoys smokehouse, south end, crackeroni n cheese to die for, plus all other bbq stuff
Mac's Speed Shop, BBQ, a few locations, South end is the one we go to often
All America Pub, South end, sports bar and good food, scenery good too
Kings Kitchen, uptown, get a table on the sidewalk and watch the skirts go by
The list goes on...........:hungry: damn, hungry right now !

Still doing the safety thing? If so we may have an opening for a shop safety person with some traveling to job sites at the end of December.
