Got mine Monday from AliExpress. Silver hammer was it difficult to program the front camera to a button on the steering wheel? I read on here that it messes up the manufacturer’s setting.
This will be my thanksgiving weekend install

I did not program it to the steering wheel. Instead, I just use a long press on the Back Panel Button (second one down on the left-hand edge of the display).

Got mine installed last night and it’s awesome! Has anyone measured the current draw when it’s in “auto-sleep” mode?

Silverhammer, do you have the template you can share on thingiverse for this 3D printed mount? Really liking how it looks with that front camera.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dasaita-fo...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649

    GPS adapter that OP ordered

Natika Camera to install as a front camera (will use the extisting factory rear camera build into tailgate)

I put mine in the middle. I don't have that fancy radar anti-missile stuff :D. I want to go back and notch behind it. It sticks out a hair. Probably add it to my list of things I'll get around to on the truck.

Strange question: anyone had their driver's seat heat randomly be on?

I think so? I'm not noticing that it's on until a while after I've left. Not sure it's coming on at first start or later on.

If it's turning on by itself I'm just trying to narrow down a possible cause.

Of course. Only other thing I can think of it being is something the remote start does. Or the truck itself. I know it'll turn the defroster on under a certain outside temp.

So for a Premium with the non-JBL doesnt need the canbus? Does it need the bracket? I get lost between the SR5s/JBL/Premium Entune systems in this forum.

Gonna pull the trigger so far looking to get the Carplay chip and the USB adapter. Am I missing anything

And is this bracket needed for the Premium non-JBL? Sorry again I've scoped this up and down get lost on who has what.

Also whats the lowest price someones gotten in the Dasaita Store I threw an offer just going to see if it sticks.

I recently completed my install and I had a non-JBL Entune Premium.

I ordered the Dasaita Max6 with PX6 processor and the Canbus module. Canbus provides your steering wheel controls and backup camera.

I ordered the built in CarPlay chip.

My unit came with the USB adaptor.

I ordered the Metra dash kit and used the brackets.

I ordered during the 11/11 sale on aliexpress and paid $404 shipped with tax to California

Overall, I love the unit! Everything works as you expect.

you need the canbus one for all 2012 and up to access all the controls I have a 2013 converted to 2015 and needed the canbus to get it all to work including the camera. They really designed the non canbus for any truck without a camera.
