you're talking about the state, that's not related to PG&E. PG&E is a corporation not run or regulated by the state. That's half the convo going on, about how the power system shouldn't be privately run because things like this happen.

Not that having it state run wouldn't have it's own problems

All Im getting at is the state shouldnt be bullying the power company. Give them the grant money they need to fix their shit or stop bitching.

I'm feeling about 85% aside from the headaches. Have been taking some strong antibiotics and sudafed to kill what apparently was a sinus infection despite not being particularly congested
