With all due respect it was incredibly negative what you said. Dude lost his pet, dude has been on this forum for a long time and wheeled with a lot of us. You have not. Maybe you should show some respect, then people will show the same to you.

Is it an insult if it’s true?

Simple fact is that wheeling threads die over time unless we have BS. It brings the camaraderie and keeps the thread easily seen for new members. This is the most active I’ve seen a wheeling thread in awhile so what we’re doing works. Especially since a lot of the regular members have already stated that wheeling will be slow for the holidays.

You may try to enjoy “Tacomas.” I’m here to enjoy the people and the community. Don’t really care what you drive, as long as you’re willing to drive it or admit when you’re out of your comfort zone. Both will go a long way.

You would know if I was being negative.

I've been a member of a few forums of widely different topics and purposes ( and moderated two of them ). They're all like this to some degree and I have to admit that TW is actually cleaner than most and as with everything in life, a level of tolerance is needed,

x2 on this. @desertjunkie760 is a stand up guy here. He knows my limits on the trails, where to push me, and has kept me off I'll advised trails more than once, as has @Prayn4surf and @hoarder23 . Regarding these forums, they're right.

I had a couple oopsie moments yesterday, snow wheeling is not in my skill set and it's a slightly different animal.

Snow at 5k feet too, means the trails up in Big Bear should be nice and snowy since the San Bernardino county area is getting hit hardest. Makes me wish I was free this weekend lol. Alas I have family in town this weekend for the holidays coming up and gotta stick to those plans

Hoping this is the actual beginning of our colder weather though (no more Fall heat waves damnit) and snow sticking around for awhile, might be able to squeeze a couple runs in before xmas

I'm up in the High Desert and not much snow has fallen in Big Bear, maybe 1-3 inches of snow . There's been more rain than snow so far from this storm

This will give you an idea of how much snowfall is in Big Bear . This is a Eagle cam on Windy point near Fawnskin just NW of the Big Bear Observatory
