you will never be given anabolic steroids unless you actually have low testosterone/ED issues. Even then they send you to urology, u have weekly labs, blah blah blah cause you have to manage test versus estrogen. Most of the time it takes a lot to get them to start you on it due to risk of BPH, prostate cancer, increased risk of blood clots. It will always be corticosteroids unless you have issues with your undercarriage lol

and if he said be careful he was likely referring to taking steroids long term. Prednisone and other oral heavy steroids will weaken your skin and bones long term. they also cause blood sugars to fk up and other stuff. that's why

yeah even steroids like Cortisol that they give for all kinds of stuff (pain, inflammation, skin rashes, etc) does a number on weakening your immune system
