That's not a Pro... I just built that same truck on the Toyota website for $38,060. Do they actually have Pros for the same discount? IMHO, it looks like they're doing some shady things to give the perception of a good deal.

I got my 2020 AG Trd Pro with the understanding it came with bed leds standard. Not the case... the pre launch videos showed it. When I ordered mine they of course did not have option. Toyota has recently made it a kit to have installed at dealership. Obviously they have after markets out there....Toyota was nice enough to have everything pre cut for them and left plastic pop outs. fyi

 

That stinx thought they where standard on the TRD Pro, when I speced out my TRD Sport I was told " I Never heard of bed lights" by the sales rep, only getting them because of my Insisting and being a pain in the ass, the squeaky wheel gets the oil!!

 

I bought the kit and am awaiting delivery to install it myself.

 

Yeah I was a little disappointed when I did my walk around at the dealer...I just assumed it was standard too after seeing all the videos. It's a $150 kit not a big deal...but I'm a huge fan of light in the back bed...

 

All the 2020s are pre-wired for the bed lights, including the bed light cutouts. There is a plug in the taillight harness for the bed light kit. You just need to buy the kit, pop in the lights, and hook up the two harnesses.

I haven’t seen it available anywhere yet. The parts guy at my local Toyota said he ordered it for me too (based off a 2020 VIN) but they were sent the older pre-2020 style kit that doesn’t fit.

 

I tried to order the new kit the day I picked up my truck and dealer told me the kit isn’t out yet...

PT857-35200 as the part they ordered but it isn't out yet. I'll get it after it ships to the dealer.

 

They didn’t actually send it to me since I figured out it was wrong before they did and cancelled it. The parts guys had no idea but this was right when the 2020s came out when I bought mine. But yeah, I was just checking....we are talking about the new kit that isn’t available yet.

Order it without the "AA" and "BB" for the whole kit.

I still haven't checked out the ALC yet. I meant to head that way last time I was at Sheppard, but I just couldn't find the time to get out of my hotel room and do something productive.

 

I've only been in the big building a few times. They name the hallways like streets. I work across the street from it.

 

Just picked it up (in the dark). A lot of fun to be had tomorrow.
