check out the mobil 1 in Lee Vining. theres a restaurant in there Woah Nelli Deli. probably my favorite place along the eastern sierra, not what youd expect from a gas station. admittedly it is a bit pricey,

Got my driver's door badge replaced finally. I used some adhesive remover called 'lift off'. It removed the bulk of the foam/adhesive but a bit was left on there. Had enough open spaces to secure the badge. However, I removed the V6 badge (and broke it in half oops), bit the adhesive remover did not work so i got lotta foam there. Not put on the new V6 badge yet cause of that. Any suggestions as to something stronger cause I cannot peel it off either, it is really on there like they used glue in addition to the tape. I was thinking of using a hairdryer to loosen it, would that work?

I'm unsure which question you're asking...

Quite a few of these have sold and the reviews were great. It is definitely professionally made. I haven't installed mine yet.

2nd gen tailgates can easily be removed without tools by opening the tailgate about 1/2 way and lifting up on the right side of the tailgate and it will easily come out. This bracket prevents that right side from being able to be lifted up without tools.

Fishing line will saw through that foam tape, use gloves, the thicker the line the faster it will go and the less it will hurt your hands if you do it raw dog. Goo Gone cleans up adhesive really well. If there's glue on there it could create a little nightmare for you, depending on the glue they used. Most people seem to like Super Glue which is extremely tough to get off of paint without removing the paint. I'm permanently deleting all of the badges on my truck within a month, including the V6 badge.

Bolts onto the tailgate hinge bolts, and covers the gap in the swivel hinge that allows the tailgate to slide off and be stolen super easily. Just installed mine this weekend

Wow, didn’t know it was that easy to remove the tailgate. Might need to do something about that on mine.

Yep i highly recommend this. Also the locking tailgate mod is a good one, but also requires you to remember to lock it, which I’m not always the best at since it’s not part of the clicker remote

A large hose clamp can also do the trick. This is way cleaner though

I'm able to reach and grab the hood latch. Definitely can't grab the top of the hood though. Yeah a strap might be useful for some people.

Oh, I got the badges off easily enough with 20test fishing line, it is the foam/adhesive left behind that is a nightmare to remove lol.

I use a blow dryer to heat it up a bit and fishing line for easy removal. I then hit it with automotive paint safe goof off to remove the adhesive residue. then with a buffer using polishing compound/wax to rid of the sun damage

I sold some bolts to a TW member. He paid through PayPal quickly. I don't use PayPal very much. He didn't give me his shipping address (lol). Is there a way I can get his shipping address through PayPal?

I'm just trying to get the bolts to him quickly, while I'm in town today, and before I'm referred to as a rip off artist on the internet. I did send him a PM already.

    Thank you.

Not on me, I can get some later. I'm at work right now. I had 285's before those and liked the stance with those but wanted something a little taller. Didn't wanna go with anything wider cause my front is a mid-travel setup and caused the front wheels to stick about 1.25" further out than stock.
