Body lifts are good for truck wanting 4-6 inches or more. Most do a suspension lift + body lift.

Trucks under those lift specs.... that get a body lift...

    Are special.

If you say so. The real question is why do you need a body lift to fit bigger tires?

There was a guy on here that was selling a 1st gen spare tire winch. He claimed it would fit 1st or 2nd gen. I remember that the holes were in a rectangle pattern. The only thing I know is that somewhere in the middle of the 2nd gen run they went from cable to chain.

If I had a prerunner and wanted to retain a factory ride I'd be looking at a spindle lift before a body lift.

Nope. I don't see the point of a body lift on a truck that has the cab mount as the limiting factor for tire size. When I modified my suspension I was more about ride quality than lift height.

Exactly, you can’t fit larger tires with the body lift because of the cab mount so what is the point of the body lift again?
