so, my right arm has been falling asleep every night to the point where it is very painful and is waking me up! Pain in my elbow too. The inside part. Any thoughts?

 

I find my knee doing that some times , damn memory foam mattress , like it sinks in and over extends

Maybe tendonitis? Do you do a lot of repetitive movement with that arm for work?

 

You and everybody else will be glad to know that I checked my hair in the mirror as soon as I got up this morning, and I'm pretty sure it was a little bit longer than it was yesterday. My hard work is paying off!

Sometimes. I did slip off the bottom step of my truck while still holding onto the handle and turned my whole arm a little back, if that makes sense. Maybe I impinged my shoulder and hyperextended my elbow?
