    I have a similar cost saving plan in mind. The way my plan works is that I simply won't wash the wheels. Once they have reached a suitable level of grimy-ness, by washing them it'll "look" like I've got new wheels ! All at no cost.

    In fact, the same plan should work for the entire truck.
