I usually average 330-350 cause I don't let my gas gauge get all the day down to the line. Last night I let it get close to the line but not completely and got 370. This was city and highway driving combined. So 400 is totally doable and believable if you do a lot of highway driving, and let the gas gauge get all the way down to the line or past the line.

    Oh, I drive a 2010 DC LB Sports 4x4

I can get over 400 if I keep my foot out of it and I also have a K&N filter. My biggest advantage is I can drive 70mph and be at 1900-1950rpm depending on fuel quality.
The highest I have ever gotten was 440miles then the light came on.

My light comes on when I have used 17 gallons (4 gallons left in tank)...

So, the mileage will depend on how I was driving. I have a 2010 O/R 4WD DC V-6 Automatic.

    On the highway, I can get 19 mpg (17 gallons x 19 mpg = 323 miles).

Pure city driviing, it can be as low as 15 mpg (17 x 15 = 255 miles).

The average per my Fuelly.com entries is almost 17 mpg (17 x 17 = 289 miles when the light comes on).

Does anyone know the exact sizes of the tanks? For instance on a 2008 DC TRD Sport V6.

21 Gallon IIRC. I usually fill up between 17.5-18 gallons at the pump...That is driving about 20-30 miles with the light on.

    80 liters (21.1 gallons)

The fuel gauge seems to be set to read the following (from an ongoing research we are doing in another thread):

3/4 Tank = 16 gallons (down 5 gallons from full)
    1/2 Tank = 12 gallons (down 9)
    1/4 Tank = 8 gallons (down 13)
    E Light on= 4 gallons (down 17)
    Empty Line=2.5 gallons (down 18.5)
