About short wrench spec or long wrench spec

Oh man.

Still have some big things left but it is coming together.

Rear axle housing is bolted in, still need to seal the third and install it and the shafts. Hook up the brake lines, install residual valve for the discs, fill it.

OTOH Need to put the tcase ebrake caliper and disc on, do carrier bearing, wire up elocker and front ARB, ARB air line, clutch...

I think the torque specs supplied in that link were for 2WD pre-runner and not 5 lug. See below for 5 lug torque spec

EDIT: I know it says 2001-2004 but it's the same for previous years.
EDIT 2: just noticed you stated 2002 so nvm about it being good for previous years. Applies to my '99 though so good info for me!

 

Feel like I've been here too much..... But going great but yeah looking good here beside the rain and snow and 35 degrees sucks but can't do anything about that

 

So lower suspension arm for him is 80 ft/lbs and lower ball joint bolt 116 ft/lbs it looks like?

hmm, now I'm confused! It looks like it's listing 2 torque specs for the same thing?? Am i misreading it?

It is two separate things.
The ball joint bolt that gets the single nut on the bottom and then the two ball joint bolts

Edit:nevermind, I don't know what I'm seeing and can't tell without having seen a 5 lug in person, disregard my misinfo

This is not complete. Mixture of 2wd and 4wd specs and missing.
Here is what I have with info from a consensus of different info:
Lower ball joint mounting bolts 116 ft lbs
Lower castle nut 105
tie rod castle 80

Upper castle 53
upper ball joint mounting (4) 29

Long and short wrenches.........I do not know what to say.
