Car Solutions has a limited supply of front camera modules, GFCC For Entune Touch 2 for our trucks.

Just received two. You can only order from their website, $120 for the module.

    I have one installed in my 2018 Taco and wife's 2018 RAV4.

Work great and easy to install. Hardest part is running camera wires inside truck but that is not difficult.

    Hey All/JJ,

Just finished hooking this up. Rear camera works no problem via button or gear selector. Front camera only works when both dash buttons are pressed.

    Anyone else experience this?

Doubled checked the wiring, all seems to be correct.

Amazon and EBAY will have them once his supplies get higher.

Only way to order one now if from the Car Solutions website.

Make sure if you have a 2016 or newer you buy the module for Entune 2.

There is a Entune 1 module that will not work on the newer Tacos.

Will this work with the 2020 that’s already equipped with the front cam and MTM?

Not sure but if you have the Entune 2 Radio, I would think it will work and allow you to add another camera.

Members, has the Germes Labs controller proven to be reliable?

I am about to purchase a front camera and the GL controller to view the images. I love the fact that everything can be controlled by the mode button on the steering wheel.

I got the anytimebackupcamera kit without camera. Within the front camera and I am a little confused on where to source power. I have the natika Amazon camera. At the RCA male end of the camera line there is a little red wire that comes out of it. Or at the female end where it plugs into the front cam there are two wires. One black the other red. Can the red wires be used interchangeably?

And also I power source the front camera off the back of the switch?

Got it all figured out. I guess this kit the anytimebackupcamera Front and rear only works when the engine is running. If truck is on with no engine then it will only display the rear camera. If truck has engine going then it will display the front camera and rear camera according to the switch. I spent to much time double checking all the wiring feeling defeated and went to move the truck and tried it out again with engine running this time to find it working. Felt pretty stupid considering I neglected my family tonight chasing correct wiring.

I was in the same boat on this. And while it seemed like an easy thing, it wasn't as easy as I expected. I did utilize the video on the first page of this thread and it was super helpful. I skipped soldering anything and just opted to use waterproof butt connectors.

Totally get it. I think that would juice it too much. I powered mine using a piggy back fuse tap and connecting into the fuse box in the cab, but you could totally just tap it into the fuse box in the engine compartment.
