Depending on what time your doing it. I would be interested in stopping buy and checking out the install. One day I may pick one up for my truck if I change up my current setup.

not sure if you are aware but these type of days become "mod days", people from all over go to someones house with room, bring the mods they need to install, and everyone helps where they can. Typically its 1-3 people working and everyone else sits on coolers drinking beer and eating pizza. Just because it can get crowded under a truck.

I will say that if you ask for help, and then just sit back and watch someone else do all the work its not going to go well...

No sir. It's going back on when this install is done. 1 concern I have is the ability to get ice chests in/out easily once he deck is in (12" off the floor) and the topper is back on. I use this truck to get me back and forth from my hunting land, so I need the ability to haul food for 3-5 day trips.

Understand that. My dads got a dog box on top of his and he didn’t anticipate it being so high. Nothing a few straps can’t fix.

Understood.... I doubt any of you want me to be the one working on "MODS". I am in MGMT, however when it comes to things I am not familiar with... I would rather be a worker bee. I don't really work on cars... I can build a house (done several add on's to my place here in the country) but I just don't know a lot about vehicle work.

I didn't expect anyone to actually want to or be willing to come over. It was more of a joke, since I never take things too seriously at all. I feel like Laughter is the best medicine, and the best way to break down barriers. If not a soul stops by, I will be fine.

I mean as long as you are at least trying to help and not just sitting back we understand. And part of this is learning how to do it on your own so you can fix it later if it breaks or you want to change it...

And some people around here just like to wrench on trucks....

Working on vehicles is pretty simple. Sounds like you already have the basics of lefty loosy-righty tighty!

Send me a PM/some of these folks have my number if y’all have problems.

    The install is pretty straightforward.

I think we have more than enough brains to figure things out.
I'm going to run to home depot and buy some more stainless bolts and nuts so that if we run into issue. we will have some more hardware here to make it happen.

Well half the car has been replaced and/or came with metric while half was standard.

    I blame the Canadians.

Don't know of anyone. Everything I've had coated was done by US Offroad in a textured black. What were you wanting to powder-color-match?

Rain means pulling into the garage.

As much as it will fit.
