I can lift things with two hands like a upright row exercise, but nothing laterally . Basically the way my arm moved backwards when I tweaked it . Hope it calms down

 

It will, just need to take it easy with it for a couple of weeks and use it as little as possible.
It's taken 2 years to get where I am after dislocating my left shoulder. Its been a nightmare to say the least. My left arm only worked from the elbow to the wrist. The shoulder was completely dead.

 

No one is in my home currently. Hmmmmmm...

Should probably pick up a sleeve / support for my elbow. Didn’t like the way my elbow was really sore during the night. Not bothering me now though. Being very careful with that as well.

 

Ice is the best treatment for it when it's like that. The sleeve and the tendinitis braces will only make the problem persist. I have severe tendinitis in my elbow, both golfers elbow and tennis elbow. Yes they are different as they affect different parts of that muscle structure.
