    This is my 3rd Tacoma, my last one was a 2001 extra cab that I thought I would keep forever, very nice until I discovered the rusted frame and was 88 days to late for Toyota to fix. Got rid of it (upfront with buyer about frame) and have been looking last 6 months for its replacement. Ended up with a 2008 double cab with a 5 foot bed. The truck is nice with a replaced frame. I had driven a couple of trucks that had had frame replacements that didn't feel or seem right but this one seems ok (my long time friend and mechanic checked it out). 149k with an automatic and the TRD Sport package. 20191121_122246_resized.jpg

    I'm an old guy too, and got my 2nd gen about 14 months ago.
    New frame here as well. 58k miles when I bought it.
    I like it better than any other vehicle I've had, and I've owned many, most of which were bought new.
