Out of Scratch and Dents, but we have some new stock if interested. They tend to go fast but I have my sons helping me get them machined to keep up.

Wanted to provide a update on shipping for the up coming week for any new orders:

If you order between now and Sunday the 11/3, we will be shipping out all orders on Monday the 11/4. Any orders received after Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday the 11/11

Thanks again, these will all get sent out in the morning. My sons have been helping get more made so I have some stock now.

Notice a trend here. Most people buy these late at night or in the early in the AM hours. Hope these locks allow you to sleep better.

I am usually awake at these hours when my phone it making noises. My wife is starting to think I have someone on the side haha..she is like who is texting you this late. I just laugh and say "Tacoma owners don't sleep" knowing I am always thinking of what I am going to make next for my truck...it is almost like a disease........ ...

 

Great addition to my tailgate security!
The very corner of the bed took a chip out of the powder coat when I closed the tailgate for the first time. Had to cut the corner of the bed off, then touched it up with matte black Rust Oleum.







Edit: After PM with the OP I realized my tailgate was lightly tagged before I purchased the truck, which I spaced! So that’s the cause of the damage to the OP’s lock, my tacoma is damaged.

 

That is a first that I have heard, will look at the releif and see about making more clearance at that location.

Sorry about that. I have not hat that situation sine the first 20 went out, and it has been a few years. I am going to retool soon so I will make the adjustment.

I just placed an order yesterday for a red one. Am I going to have clearance issues with it?

 

Should not have clearance issues, there are many of these on 2016+ Tacoma's and this was the first time we have received feedback about clearance. The part has been out since 2017 and we have not changed the programming in that area. We are going to retool to make the process more efficient but the design will not change. We will add more clearance in the area if this becomes a trend but I will assure you it is not to my knowledge.

If it happens again we will take the part back and rework it, but since we do not control the variances or tolerances on the Toyota side, it is hard make a claim that it will not happen again. We can only make continuous improvements to our side of the interface when users report an issue. If it happens and you want to return it let me know. I stand behind our product

 

I’ve had mine for awhile. Super easy install, no issue since I’ve installed it. Peace of mind security for your tailgate. Definitely recommend this product

Installed today, quick and straightforward. No issues with fitment to report. I admire the craftsmanship and attention to detail on a small yet quite important mod for keeping the tailgate secure. Kudos to you and your sons sir.
