It's Black Time of the Year Again 2019

I originally talked to a parts manager in Kansas about the sale because I had to cancel my order with them. They did not offer free shipping like they advertised during the sale. In our conversation, he mentioned that Toyota was using this sale as a beta run to drive up more online sales and they selected a few dealerships by region who were "voluntold" they were going to participate. He obviously at the time had no idea if Toyota thought the sale was a success but he was just pissed because he had to work harder. However, when I picked my wheels up at a Denver dealership over a month later the parts manager there said they were working their tails off to get through those orders and he said they were going to hire more people if Toyota decided to start doing this on the regular. So I imagine it was successful and they will be looking to repeat that success. I could be totally wrong but maybe I'm not.

 

Yeah, but ten years from now we should get a really nice deal on our 4th gen Tacoma accessories.

 

Best deal on a Warn Zeon 10-S winch, model 92815??? Best deal I've found so far is Home Depot @ 1,802.99 but you have to pay taxes on it.

 

Anybody find deals on icon suspension?

Even with the best price I could find on a Diamondback, I still couldn't justify the expenditure for $250 worth of aluminum and $100 worth of hardware. I still want one though SSO's sale was too good to pass up on for me. I got the whole slimline setup with bull bar, stage II wings, and freight for a really good price. As for ARB compressors, I'm waiting on another group buy, because I won't get a deal better than what is offered through those.

The Switch Pro will probably never go for less than what's listed minus a small BF discount from SDHQ or the manufacturer. Only been a month on this truck and I'm already burning cash.
