Congrats to you that's exciting! The 5 lug gonna be sold and contributed to it all? Surprised you didn't opt to keep it and build it given all the time and effort you've given it so far from what I can see on here haha. You gonna stay first gen or moving to another gen/vehicle completely?

Have any of you guys replaced your auto trans gear shifter handle? The one in my ‘95 4R was busted so I got a replacement from a junk yard. Without the handle installed, you can press down on the small plastic paddle and shift it just fine, but when I assemble and install the handle I am not able to press the button and shift. I can maneuver the handle so that I can press the button and shift, but then it won’t spring back up and therefore won’t let me remove the key from the ignition when I shift to Park. Does this make sense? Has anybody messed with this? I spent over an hour messing with it last night and am quite frustrated! My junkyard piece looks identical to the broken one I removed from my rig.

Very good choice, I'm jealous you're gonna be able to afford one of those bad boys haha. If I ever leave my taco I'll likely go to a newer gen single cab ram with the hemi, or an old 2nd gen 12 valve. I've always wanted one of those mfs since my second gen gas dodge. Course rednecks give the 12 valves a bad look but nonetheless they will remain one of the greats for me

It’s not the car people can’t afford, it’s the parking.
