    only if you’re a pussy.

or maybe have a high caffeine tolerance from all the preworkout you’ve taken...

I’m the latter. I can take 2-400 mg caffeine, work out at 7, be in bed by 10-10:30.

    edit: I’m also the prior...

I would. When I’ve gone to the gym in the afternoon (at like 4) and taken my pre I end up laying in bed until 2-3am full of regrets. I don’t drink soda in the afternoon anymore. My caffeine tolerance is very low :bananadead:

I’ve developed a really high tolerance to melatonin now and it has an adverse affect on me and I’ll fall asleep for about an hour and then be wide awake the rest of the night.

I’m on the CBD train now. I take it mid day and sleep like a baby at night. Probably snake oil but if it works :notsure:

CBD does absolutely nothing for me.... I even bought some legit high potency stuff and no amount of it made any difference.

I have that same issue with melatonin, except I'm not wide awake after waking upon hour later. If I don't take it I just lay there for hours with my mind racing or stare at the wall lol.

You just need to understand what you are getting and pay attention to ingredients.
The ones that are very stimulant focused are the harmful ones.

I’ve never tried it. I feel I do just fine in terms of energy in the gym. I get 8-9 hours of sleep a night and my recovery is taken as seriously as my training so I’m ready to go when its time.

I kind of just want to see what the fuss is about.

Because I really just want to try it. If I think its pointless I’ll toss it or give it away. I’m not looking to put that much effort into it right now.
If I like it I’ll make my own.

This. I workout between 330-630. I will never sleep.

I did yoga last week and it pissed off my knee like none other. I was limping for the first half of the day. Someone at work gave me a CBD salve to put on it.
Meh... it seemed to help but it wasn’t magical or anything.

I also do not get an effect from Melatonin. I have to take about 30mg to go to bed and it FUCKS me up the whole next day.

I dunno... every time I've taken CBD my body feels great. I've only used the vape CBD though and never used it for sleep. But it definitely makes the muscles feel nice after a surf. I wouldn't say it's snake oil, it just may not affect everyone the same.

    I have 15mg pills. I had to take 2.

I don’t take it anymore. If I can’t sleep I just accept it and go read or something.

Firefighter recommended I take a cold bath when I got home.
Fuck that! I ran cold water about half full and sat on my knees in the tub for 5 minutes and still got chills when I would move my legs so I ran some warm water to bring the temp up to 60-65 (cold where I come from) and now I’m sitting in the tub trying to guess how long in this really flipping cold water is long enough.

60-65 ain’t doing much if anything. Throw some ice in that bitch and hop in. It sucks but definitely helps

Beat me to it. Comfortable cold is already too warm. Your body will respond the way it’s designed to if you let your brain be ignored. Shivering is normal.

Check out Wim Hof on YouTube, the human body is severely underestimated, especially with a brain that’s accustomed to excessive comfort.
