Her: either is fine

That's my boss. Don't tell him I posted this, I kinda forgot.....

 

Anyone else tortured with writing their own review? We moved to a new platform to enter them and it's like stupid fucking easter eggs everywhere just to hit submit. You think you're finished and it's like a bad infomercial. But wait, there's more! FML

Yep, 11 years and counting. My work is great like that. Some managers also require you to request peer feedback, so not only do I have to do my own review, but I have to provide feedback for a whole chunk of other folks that listed me as a reference for them. /sigh

It's not really relatable for folks outside of the field, but I am a product lifecycle manager.....or a PM without a PMP, but I also strongly hate it and would prefer going back to being an analyst because I prefer data rather than management.
