You could find a local tuner and make a day out to the desert to make it run purdy. Or see if any of the more experienced local members are willing to do the same for you. Not sure who would be willing on this forum though.

Not sure about tunning but need my shocks rebuilt. They are due for that. Want to do a small valve change for the rear for sure and possibly front.

Im of the camp that believes that you should try to do it yourself. However if you do have them rebuilt by a third make sure they document what is currently in the shocks

Your whole build fiasco blows my mind haha, is it finished yet?

What limitations were you seeing with your current setup?

I try to do as much as I can myself with what I have but my space is limited and leaving my truck out my single car garage over night doesn't set well with me. Don't trust people. But definitely looking into doing myself if I can swing it. Appreciate the tips though

Dual rate stop definitely looks like it should be lowered imo. In that pic, it looks like you'd hit coil bind in the 500 before the dual rate stop.
You should also be able to adjust your bypasses super easily without anymore than just pulling a wheel.

So what's your plan to pull the shocks off and send them out for rebuild? Lead times could be at least a week if not more this time a year.

Do you know the current valving in the truck...front and rear?... are your tubes mostly closed or open front and rear?

Dual shock setups typically the coilover is pretty light valved 10/8 or 10/10 or 12/8 with all the free bleeds in the piston open.

Bypasses a decent start point for a linked truck is 20 stack on compression and like 10 or 12 on rebound with all the free bleeds closed. And start with all your tubes open and turn em in from there depending on how the truck is behaving.

    Air bumps at like 150psi

    That's a good start point

No wanting a quick fix for the season then once it's over pull the shocks off and do them.
I don't know anything about the current valving on anything on this truck. And as far as tubes I don't know yet. Have been looking up bypass to learn more. Have some work to do haha thanks for the info and help

My bad I forgot what they looked like on a 2nd gen - I think they’re that way from the factory.

Check for leaks from that front steering rack. There should be dust boots covering the inner tierods. It's a minor thing, but overlooking the simple details here could indicate other issues elsewhere. Be critical when looking it over.
