And there it is. Generations, from crusty ass to young guns. All pushing and loving the “sport” in our own ways. Cheap to spendy. XC, AM, DJ, Enduro, DH, and all the terms in between, we love to ride trails. Whatever that looks like, skinny to flow.
We are... dorks who pedal. Go get it. Your way.

My wife has one more bike (4) than I do. Plus we still have our daughter’s old MTB here (she has 1 or 2 road bikes plus a CX bike) so we have 8 bikes under our roof. By the way, I think of Spesh as the Toyota of bikes ... not the best, but good all around and good value. And dealers everywhere.

Well I finally bought a new bike for my son. He’s been on a precaliber for about 4yrs. I waited until he could throw it around really good. Now he’s on a roscoe 7 men’s small. The 2.8 tires don’t bother him at all. And he is loving going from a 24 to a 27.5. I’ll get a picture when the weather clears up. You know how it goes, but a new bike and all the trails are closed.

    Current N=
    16 Scott Sub1 - commuter beater
17 Giant Glory Advanced 0 - DH ripper (RIP)
    18 Devinci Troy - "commuter"
18 Devinci Marshall - wifey bike
19 Devinci Spartan - enduro beast
20 Devinci Django - trail masher

Going to try and hold off on the +1 for a little bit and upgrade the current fleet a bit instead. Though a commuter e-bike is tempting...

I think I'm hitting the blue loop at FH next Friday or Saturday (early morning). If you're still in town for the holiday and want to join, let me know.

    No worries. Next time.

On another note, does anyone have any good recommendations for gravel in NoVA?
