I'll check that out. May be a good option. Thanks

Edit. I like the harness but looks similar to others I've seen. I'm looking for a way to hide the wires coming down the windshield. Maybe this one is thin enough to go under the windshield trim, just not sure if it is.

left are for the crossbars and fairings. Middle is for the cab roof mounts. The right ones are not used they are for T4R.

He runs it down the outside of the track under the seal. Had to go back and look. But it is a Caliraised harness. I have one in the garage and just looked at mine. Should fit pretty easy.

When doing so I unfortunately noticed that I am starting to see some rust spots on the mounting legs. My KB Voodoo bed rack didn’t even show signs of rust this soon. I was able to get over how rough some of the milling was on the logo and cutouts, but somewhat disappointed after this.

That's unfortunate, but they should get you squared away with replacement feet. The legs/uprights on my bed rack started to develop some rust and they sent me out all new legs. They're still in the garage waiting to be installed, as I haven't pulled my tent off yet. The logos on my original legs were cut perfectly.

Yeah the unfortunate thing is your bed rack wasn’t sealed with silicone and there were no implications of leaking because of replacement. I don’t relish the thought of having to do all of that over again just because the product was inferior.

That looks like those parts never got zinc primer laid down before powder (or maybe there is a chance that it chipped off in that location because of some adhesion issue.) I don't know how that happened, or how those got mixed into a production batch, but that isn't normal. All of our steel parts have zinc primer first, then black powder at this point. As @joesrcool said if you contact customer service we will be more than happy to switch them out. And the clear silicon is non-adhesive, so it should be a fast job to swap them out and a dab of new silicon will seal the new ones perfectly. Obviously embarrassed you have to deal with it at all and take full blame for them not getting primed. Let us know what else we can do to make it right if that solution won't work for you.

Edit: In talking with my tech support team they think that, "It looks to me like there is zinc under the powder. The bracket got could have gotten hit with something [in shipping etc...] to cause the chips."

So either way, it doesn't matter, we'd be happy to replace them

I just got a victory 4x4 roof rack and I'm getting nothing but slapping on my roof or a loud humming from the aluminum wind faring. I'm kinda disappointed in it

I've read where the wind deflector needs to be as low as possible. Also someone said if you slide all of the cross bars back as far as they will go and raise the back up that this will help with the noise. I don't have one yet but have been debating on getting one of some type and have been reading all the post. Hope this helps. Report back if things improve.
