Seriously though if you just want LED lights I got some from this post and they are just as good as meso lights. The bulbs fit into stock light housings. Not super expensive either.

I was done with the silly meso games a long time ago. I have a set of dual maps, and really wanted the dual dome. I'm not checking his website every 5 minutes for a year to get one.

it’s a shame i know he’s a one person operation but atleast a post or two with updates or anything else would be good for people interested in products

Stand up guy with awesome products just chill out he will make more quit crying buy shitty tacomabeast they look shit

I'm plenty sympathetic to his challenges. I've been in business for myself since 1996. There are better ways to deal with this. I'm sure he is a fine guy, and I'm no way impugning his character. I do know for sure that he is shooting himself in the foot by alienating his customers. Some lessons have to be learned the hard way.

Supply and demand. These are obviously HOT items that people have been waiting for a while. Doing my part

 

I’ll keep patiently waiting for the website to let me know when they get in stock... I mean, 3rd gen parts are important too. These are basically buy once and done products. Not buy more in a couple years when they wear out.

And if I was making a product and people started making posts like in here, I’d fucking not make any more for a while either.

 

Well that would be the dumbest business model ever.

 

3rd gens are still being produced. 2nd gens are no longer being made. (Obvious statement is obvious) with 3rd gen still being turned out that’s more and more potential customers. There’s a limited amount of 2nd gen guys out here (myself included) that want his products. We aren’t top priority anymore. And with people acting like entitled children I can’t blame focusing on the many new customers coming into the Tacoma ownership ranks.

Do I want dual maps and a dual dome, hell yes I do... Do I understand that MESO is a single person doing this and trying to make everyone happy, I do indeed and give him some grace until the day comes where he takes his time and makes us a product.

Our trucks are a minimum of 5 years out of production now with the 2020’s coming out. It’s like demanding companies create new products for an old Chevy. There’s only so many out there looking to upgrade parts.

 

Damn I feel for the guy that produces them. I'm damn annoyed with all these alerts of people complaining, or saying its just one man. We get it he busy and it sucks. Move on.

 

Feel like a second Gen guy in a third Gen world sometimes.

Based on this concept, OME, BDS , Toytec, Fabtech, ARB etc etc should quit making 2nd product, you can still by products for 1st gen trucks, you don’t base product production on when the last model year was, it based on demand and there’s plenty of demand for 2nd gen stuff, that’s why all the others make it readily available. I think the bigger issue is several times he’s said I’m gonna be making some more and just bailed. If he had said hey I’m stopping 2nd gen cause my business wants to focus on 3rd gen. Most guys probably world be like ok, I’ll look elsewhere.

 

Generally, in terms of 2nd gens still being on the road and having a market, yes.

But a HUGE difference between corporations with hundreds of employees and one guy making products at home. They have the ability to support operations across multiple vehicles.
