I have a 2017 TRD Off Road and am looking to change up the suspension. I am wanting to buy a new/slightly used Fox suspension from the TRD PRO. If anyone is interested in selling, please let me know.

I'm tempted to get those just because they're orange and not blue. Goes with the truck color better. First world problems.

Problem is I've got 2k worth of Fox goodness from Accutune waiting to be installed. Where'd you get those, by the way? Accutune didn't have any.

Get what? The orange knobs and such? Ordered parts. These are older shocks that I cleaned up and did the color change, etc during the last rebuild.

The DSCs were ordered in that scheme? Or they came with, and are designed for, older models?

No, the DSCs had blue/gold knobs. The orange/grey knobs are the newer colors that Fox is transitioning to.

    :notsure:

I did say transitioning. Maybe it hasn’t hit their complete lineup? A distributor should be able to help you order the parts if it’s that serious for you. You’d have to replace the knobs themselves though.

I think it'll take some time for the new scheme to flow into the stock of our favorite vendors. I imagine it will be much more common when it's time for us to rebuild.

After many months of lurking here I finally pulled the trigger on an all new setup from @AccuTune Offroad. Merry early Christmas to me! Thanks for all the info. TW FTW as usual.

I went all in with a full 2.5 dsc front and rear setup on my 2019 trd offroad with ICON Upper Arms and RXT leaf springs. Awesome ride and setup. love those Fox's!

Anyone run a longer coil on their fox 2.5 extended?
Im running 3" of lift which has about 2 inches of threads showing(seems like excessive preload) When I was at 2.5 inches of was lift it was a bit smoother but I had to fit my 285s without rubbing, hence the bump up to 3".
Now it's super stiff.. To soften it up a bit would running a 14" 600# make sense? There's alot of contradiction with this topic, just wondering if anyone on here has actually done this and had success.

Sitting at ride height, what are the measurements from the top of the top hat to center of lower shock bolt?

Sounds like your shock it topping out, creating the harsh ride.
