20191120_063416.jpg want to give a big thanks to @crashnburn80. im pretty lucky to do mods with him. so, ive again taken his advice and bought the rigid d-series amber fog lights. wow! huge compliment to my osram ultimate headlights. these perform as well as they look. such a great balance of intensity and focus. the rago mounts that hold them put such great side lighting. i do daily intense city driving. for seeing pedestrians as im approaching intersections these make driving safer. very happy with these.

Mine have already saved me from having to emergency brake when idiots walk in front of me. Here in Portland people seem to think that pedestrians having the right of way means they don’t smush the same way when a truck hits them so they walk right into traffic.

i agree with you. right of way, and risk your life dont need to be the same. but these lights help eliminate unwanted hood orniments.

do you run those all the time? it looks like the beam goes well above the doorways, which are probably 7ft +

Yeah, those definitely need to be aimed way down, they should fill in below the headlight low beams. Those are pointed far too high above your low beam. Aiming is a RPITA in those Rago mounts, I can help you out if needed. You can being your truck by and we can calibrate the aiming based on mine.

    Bad news....
The angle of the mounting brackets on the 360 lights and the close proximity of the mounting point on the Demello bumper will require some sort of modifications to said bumper to allow for mounting of lights.....:help:

The issue more with the depth of the bracket not the height..
    20191120_185248.jpg
This pic shows the 360 tight to the opening and the mounting bracket on extends out past the bumper mounting point.

The bracket is angled IIRC, did you try reversing it to see about angling it forward vs back? I don't think it will buy enough distance though.

I would just make a new custom bracket for the fogs. No need to mod the bumper

Yes. This pic was taken with the angled bracket facing forward, if flipped the other way, it would further exacerbate the problem.

Here is a shot of how the bracket is mounted:20191120_190330.jpg
