    Got a vacuum sealer for my birthday and put it to use today. Got the backstraps from dad’s buck cleaned up and sealed. This thing is sweet!

    Reason #1: the wife can’t plant any flowers because they’re gone immediately
    #2: his garden
    #3: he’s a got a field they plant with different crops every year and the deer come in and out at everything.
    I just go with it. Like i said, I let a lot walk, but every now and then I gotta pull the trigger for him to let me keep hunting it.

    Well I took the .243 today... Kinda glad... It was 250 yards I dropped him but he still had a little want to left in him when I got 40 yards out so I out another round between his shoulder blades
